This is a Park Tool TS-3 Master Wheel Truing Stand. Comes with 1554-1 Centering Gauge. From a local storage unit. Incomplete. Its missing the handle for the center link control. No dial gauge parts or other accessories. You are just getting what you see above. Read details below before bidding.
Cosmetics-Clean overall with some general wear and dirt residue from use. Looks like it was used but cared for. Missing the screw in handle for the center link control. Maybe a long bolt could be used ?? The centering gauge attachment has lots of scratches and no mount hardware. Operationally no testing has been done and accuracy is unknown. I am not a bike person
