I am selling collection of Misc. exonumia
German issue are the most extensive of all encased foreign  stamps  and were issued by several hundred firms in various denominations .
Ordinarly  the German encasements have a colored paper background inserted behind the stamp. Most Germann  encased  postage stamps are common compared to the other counties.
Numerous merchants had them made to circulate as money
This  has a 10 Pfennig stamp  with a white background.
